FOX is guilty of war- and fearmongering, spreading the administration's lies at every turn, and smearing those who try to set the record straight. I'd say these anti-war protesters get the message just right.
Brandon M. Terry, 08.24.2008
"Race commentators," when Fox calls, tell them that you would deeply appreciate the opportunity to discuss racism in the US, but that Biden's campaign gaffe does not quite register enough for your earnest concern.
Rory O'Connor, 08.21.2008
After Jenna Kern decided to write an Op-Ed for Newsday questioning whether shock jocks and hate speech contributed to the murders in Tennessee, the haters started to come after her as well.
Jeffrey Feldman, 05.25.2008
I believe that people in every corner of the country and of all political stripes would react with an equal level of disgust when we hear remarks of the sort that Liz Trotter made on FOX News.

I live in the city where the dastardly Professor William Ayers works. I attended the school where he teaches. I even took one of his classes. I am a bad patriot, my Chicago is an Un-American city!

Democratic leaders are not-so-privately wondering if Obama has the cojones to beat John McCain in the election. They fear he's just a kitty cat, and ...

How did a sure-fire follow-up hit turn into such a trouble-plagued production? And why isn't Fox News' Swift Boat formula working?
Joseph A. Palermo, 02.15.2008
Coulter's job is to inject into the Republican echo chamber racist words that would be unacceptable anywhere else, and she's now given away the far Right's anti-Obama strategy.
Greg Mitchell, 08.17.2008
While consumers of most news outlets scored poorly on the test, a separate question revealed that a vast majority believe they follow national news closely.
Chuck Lasker, 08.18.2008
Responding to the idea that the GOP candidate unfairly listened in to the Faith Forum questions in advance, a McCain spokesperson said that "the insinuation that John McCain, a former prisoner of war, cheated is outrageous."

After eight years trapped aboard this dark ride, finally hearing a presidential candidate publicly and forcefully refer to the Republicans as ignorant liars ought to be enough to coax even the most indecisive leaner into the Obama column.
Steve Young, 08.18.2008
O'Reilly claims that Barack Obama is boosting the sales of Obama Nation, the number one book on this week's New York Timesbestseller list, because he won't come on The Factor.
Steve Young, 07.24.2008
Short of saying that Barack wants to sleep with your daughter, O'Reilly used just about every button meant to alarm his white fans to the fact that a President Obama could set off race-laced fireworks.
The Uptake, 06.09.2008
An "O'Reilly Factor" producer cornered PBS's Bill Moyers at a conference on media reform this weekend, leading Moyers to demand an unedited interview about Iraq. Angry journalists piled on.

Watch the convention on C-Span. You get just the convention, not anything or anybody else.
On the CableNewsNetworks, the convention is just background scenery for the preeming and posing of these news celebrities.
thanks jon, they don't think we get it!
Jon Stewart is "stunned to see Karl Rove on a news network as an analyst". I wonder if Jon Stewart is stunned to see James Carville as an analyst on multiple news networks and broadcast networks WHILE HE IS WORKING ON THE HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON CAMPAIGN. My guess is that Jon is not "stunned" by that. What a phony.
Being raised a Christian and alter boy, I was taught that cheating, lying, etc, would send me straight to hell, well that didn"t frighten me that much so I continued to sin, now that I"m old and more concerned about my final outcome, I"m trying to be a good person, and the incentive that pushed over the hump to try to be good was that instead of going to hell, I"d have to watch fox news, the O"Reilly factor, with Sean Hannity, now added Karl Rove, I can"t imagine anything more disgusting then that, so now I"m living a good clean life.
I'm glad you've discovered a piece of Heaven. Bless you, my son.
To my knowledge Carville is not a statutory felon and traitor.
Jon Stewart is a statutory felon and a traitor? I did not know that.
John is just humorously pointing out that Faux News is NO NEWS!
