Let's see, the election is over, the Saudis have waited a decent amount of time and oil prices are going up already, even in the face of economic collapse. Geez, no one but a genius like Pickens could have predicted oil prices would go up. Yawn.

You mean a limited resource, coming from an unstable region and controlled by greedy organizations hell bent on profit is going to rise? Surely you jest!

What, you think the oil companies won't do this again as soon as they can? Best take warning, all you who feel like buying new SUVs at good prices. In a couple of years, you'll be hurting again. Don't screw up the same way twice.

He might be right, but he's still a jerk for financing the swift boat ads about Kerry.

with oil cheap, it's taken 'the wind' out of his windmill farms. he's preaching fear right about now. i think if oil stays cheap and gas remains around $2.00 per gal. we'll never get off our addiction to foreign oil, and 'O's whole green jobs plan might be in trouble. gas should be around $250.00-3.00 per gal. where it's still somewhat affordable, but we're not being foolish and are conserving.
