Why Are Gay Marriage Advocates Not Defending Polyamory?
I'm in favor of real marriage equality. Love the one you're with -- love the two or more you're with, if you can work that out. Marry them if you're into that kind of thing.

New York Magazine's naked-Lindsay Lohan fashion issue is already the stuff of Internet pageview legend.
Apparently, the only place you can see a girl kissing another girl on MTV nowadays is on The Real World after six tequila shots in the hot tub. Certainly not in the video called, um, "I Kissed a Girl."
Hollywood has had an ongoing love affair with the cosmetics world since the nascent celluloid years, so it's no surprise some celebrities are now creating signature green products.
Inspired by such high-profile cyclists as Obama, Fey and Einstein, I've set to work amassing a comprehensive archive of 100 people we know, love--perhaps even despise--atop the bike.
Last week a mix of water and sanitation experts gathered for World Water Week in Stockholm, Sweden to mull over the world's biggest public health crisis. The problem is that not enough people paid attention.
The American people should demand that Sarah Palin talk to the press. We are not watching a movie -- this is real life and it is getting increasingly scary. Who does she think she is, Garbo?
Lucky and I checked out the Fourth Annual Cool vs. Cruel ceremony honoring fur friendly designers and retailers who exude compassion in fashion.
Despite the searing wounds inflicted by Bernie Madoff, despite the fact that several divorces are stalled because suddenly there are no assets to divide, some people still don't see what's going on.
Our culture is obsessed with celebrity and when famous women are in crisis, our interest is only heightened. But don't you think we've had enough?
Not only are we expected to judge a celebrity's toddler's style, but we are asked to apply the superlative "better" to a person who probably doesn't even know what a "style" is.
In a country where affordable and accessible health care was one of the biggest issues in the recent presidential election, it seems unwise to be trading whole foods for processed ones.
The idea of trading clothes is older than the most dated dress in your closet. But today's economy and heightened awareness of environmental and social issues have infused swap soirees with a new buzz.
While a story about a drug-addicted man is likely to focus on or even celebrate his expected return, coverage of female celebs is more likely to focus on her (self-inflicted) demise and act as "cautionary tales."
Even if it were a generational issue, Lindsay is definitely not in the same demographic as my grandmother. Though they do share a strange penchant for leggings and muumuus.

Lindsay Lohan is apparently a Marxist. Working HARD is not the measure of value, but the quality and quantity of the product.
This is where Marxists go wrong, thinking that manual blue-collar labor should be paid equally to that of the genius who creates the products or builds the corporation that employs the workers.
"I Work As Hard As Scarlett Johansson"
Translation: Neither of us has any idea what "Hard Work" means.
you keep rockin' lilo! we've all got the new prudes made. they're asleep before you skip out the door.
Lindsay was really smokin' for a while there, when she was like 17. But now who cares.
If she had been an artist her fame might have outlasted her looks. Sarah Jessica Parker. But she was a porn star, and now she's old.
Stop slandering SJP. She is a gifted actress, who will always be relevant because she has talent.
Lindsay is her own worst problem. She can't seem to lay off the dr ugs, boo ze and ba d behavior. Scarlett is a saint in comparison (and much prettier and talented, too).
This is her agent's worst nightmare-
There is nothing worse than your talent publicly talking about how they are not getting roles. It just confirms to the directors and movie makers that they shouldn't hire you, because no one else is.
This is yet another thing on her list of things she will be learning from.
I do feel badly for anyone that has a problem with addiction though, it must be an extremely difficult thing
to overcome.
